Karen King-Parke says:

I have grown up with Marshall always in my life. It was hard losing his wife-my sister 2 years ago but it is equally hard losing him. He was so loved and such an important member of the family. Our get togethers will never be the same. Good bye brother! I pray you and Lynn are holding each other right tonight. Please watch over us as we grieve and stumble looking for a way to live on the world without you in it.

Scott and Colene Cutshaw says:

We met Marshall and Lynn at church. We all became instant friends. They allowed us to babysit Brittney and James for years. Marshall and Lynn kept our children a few times, also. Marshall was always a happy and loving son, husband, father, friend, and grandfather. He always checked on his parents and spoke highly of them. He always helped Lynn take care of the children and Marshall cooked supper most every day. Each year he planted many gardens and would share everything from his gardens with us. When Brittney was little , she became his best pal. Marshall would buy her whatever she wanted from Spring Street. Then, James came along and Marshall knew he found his best buddy. They would get flat top haircuts together. Marshall and Lynn loved their children and grandchildren. Marshall was a good-hearted man that will be greatly missed.

Garland judge says:

I've known Marshall over 50 years , we grew up together and went to school together. When we were young teenagers we did everything together. We were like brothers and I will miss him like a brother..

Chris Armstrong says:

He was a good man and a friend of our family for many, many years. I never knew him to be anything other than a very nice person. Always happy and willing to help. We will miss him deeply. I have no doubt he is rejoicing in Heaven this very moment.

John Yates says:

I worked beside Marshall for several years till my retirement. Even though we lost contact after that, I still recall the good times and memories we had working together. He loved his wife and children very much and had many friends at our workplace. He was always upbeat, smiling, and never met a stranger. He will be missed by many including myself.
